Our new EAZE OFF Auto-release Gambrel, safely increases speed of your kill floor operation. Automatically releases carcass halves (trolleys) onto the rail upon splitting the carcass. All stainless steel construction means no rust or corrosion. Requires a simple rail backstop (not included)
